Return Policy - Local Pickup

Local pick-up is available for customers in the Lancaster, South Carolina area. Orders must be placed online 
before pickup. Pickup times are by appointment only. Once you order is ready, we will contact you to schedule a 
convenient time. Full payments must be completed before pickup. Please bring your order confirmation or show it 
on your phone when picking up your items. 
Once your order is picked up, we are no longer responsible for any damage or loss.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 1-2 hours in advance. If an item doesn’t fit, you 
may exchange it for a different size within 7-14 days of pick-up. Exchanges are subject to availability of the 
item in the new size. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in resealable condition. 
Items must be fragrance free, no marks of any kind, and no pet hair. We can’t accept anything that doesn’t meet 
the criteria listed above.
